Questions
What happens to my QR codes if I downgrade or cancel?
They keep working. Every dynamic QR code you created keeps redirecting to its current target on the same link, and you can still change where it points. A smaller plan only limits creating new codes and paid features such as extra team members or bulk creation. Many QR tools switch your printed codes off when you stop paying; we don't.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, upgrade from Settings at any time. When you cancel, your paid plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
Where is my data stored?
In the EU, on our own infrastructure. We don't sell scan data, and workspace admins can export everything at any time.
Do you offer an API?
Yes, on paid plans: a full REST API (OpenAPI) and an MCP server, so Claude and other AI assistants can manage your QR codes directly.
