Static or dynamic?
Static — what this page makes
The content is encoded straight into the code. Nothing sits in between, so it works offline, needs no account and never expires. The trade-off: it can’t be edited after printing, and nobody can tell you how often it was scanned.
Dynamic — qrlia’s platform
The code holds a short link that redirects to your destination. Change the destination whenever you like without reprinting, and see scans by day, country and device. Landing pages such as menus, link lists and PDFs need a dynamic code too.

Do these QR codes expire?▾
No. Codes from this generator are static: the link, Wi-Fi login or contact card is written into the pattern itself, so a phone reads it directly without asking any server. They keep working for as long as the printed code is readable, even if qrlia disappeared tomorrow.
Is it really free?▾
Yes. No account, no watermark, no limit on how many codes you make, and you're free to use them commercially. We built it to show what qrlia does; if you later need codes you can edit or track, that's what the paid platform is for.
Should I download PNG or SVG for print?▾
SVG for print. It's vector, so it stays sharp at any size, from a business card to a banner, and print shops and design tools (Illustrator, Figma, Canva, InDesign) take it directly. The 1024 × 1024 px PNG is right for screens, documents and slides. Whatever you choose, test-scan the final proof before a large run.
Can I change where the code points after printing?▾
Not with a static code: the content is fixed in the pattern, so changing it means printing a new code. If you might need to change the destination later, or want to count scans, make a dynamic code instead. It points at a short link you can re-target at any time. qrlia's free plan includes 3 dynamic codes.
Is my data stored?▾
No. What you type is sent to qrlia's server only to draw the image, and the image is sent straight back. Nothing is saved: no account, no database record, no copy of the content or the image. To stop abuse we count requests per IP address, and that counter is deleted after a minute.
